The Chicago, Burlington, & Quincy railroad opened this depot in 1906 in the town of Lodge Grass, Montana. It eventually became the center of the flourishing small community. |

In 1987, the depot became part of the BHCM. Inside the depot, the exhibits include a waiting room, agent's office, and the warm and cold freight rooms downstairs and the family living quarters upstairs. |

Outside you can see a wooden stock car, 1890’s Way Car and an 1880’s drover car. |
