The Christ Evangelical Church was built by German settlers in 1917. Intense anti-German sentiment forced the church to close for a short while during WWI.

Doomed for destruction, the church was saved by the Big Horn County Historical Society and moved to the Museum in 1981. It was the first building moved to the museum grounds.

On occasional Sundays from June to August there are church services. The church is also available for weddings.

Don't forget to ring the bell!
